Whitewater, Newby Bridge

Fantastic day in the lakes today with some photography friends, starting out at Fell Foot where we called for a coffee at the cafe only to find it shut for the winter and ending up at Whitewater near Newby Bridge.

Having spent quite a lot of time taking long exposure shots of the river Leven, I looked up during one of these long exposures only to see these canoeists 'riding the rapids' of the fast flowing water armed with only my iPhone but at least I caught the shot.
