Ooops! There goes my red balloon!

Well according to blip I have done 365 blips, so it has to be a red balloon day! Clickychick and I went out to the Holiday Lodge ostensibly to do more maintenance work but spent the day bursting balloons! I can just imagine some of the comments from neighbouring lodges "He has spent all day up a ladder busting ballons full of water!". Another possible would have been "has world war 3 started there have been endless bangs all day?"

Well after many gallons of water and much experimentation and a big heap of red rubber I decided this one was best. Incidentally the sharp eyed among you will have spotted that this wasn't taken on my camera. The shutter lag on my Pentax is just too long and I ended up using CC's Canon.

Blip is a fantastic community but I have to say there are times when the stress of finding a blip, particularly on days when I haven't been anywhere, is a little wearing. I considered giving up at 365 days and that is still a possibility. However that will be after 365 days continuous blipping. As far as I am concerend I started to blip on 17th December 2013 but because I had been a guest commenting on Clickychick it counted all those years as being a member and I put up some back blips. Then I realised it was spoiling my unbroken record.
