Pinays at Virgins and Castle

The mandatory introduction of a British pub serving authentic Filipino dishes in Kenilworth to Filipino Warwick Freshers (Te-Anne, Sofia and Krystle) happened tonight. Dishes on the table were Caldereta, Tori Kuwayaki and (of course!) Crispy Pata. I also finally got to know the name of the Filipina owner (Ate Lori). It is always nice to come back here time and again. The pub feels like home whenever Pinoy dishes are being served on the table. Knowing that the dishes are also loved by British regulars of the pub (according to Ate Lori) makes me proud to know that we Filipinos do have one of the most delicious dishes in the world.
