Searching for satellites

Lined up at the start of the Cabbage Patch 10. The start is on the High Street, but they only stop the traffic there for about 5 mins, and runners are told to wait in Church St, which is (mainly) pedestrianised, and very narrow. There were a lot of people with their arms in the air, trying to acquire a signal for their Garmins etc

The temperature was much more pleasant for running than at the Windsor Half, but I was still off the pace. It was lovely to meet up with my ex-colleague Ruby and her husband, who also ran the race.
