A Favourite a Tree

We've had a lovely Sunday, nothing wildly exciting just a nice relaxing family lunch, and it was late afternoon after everyone had gone before I could get into the garden to see what I could blip.

Jack loves this tree, and has kept saying I should blip it, but until today when I captured it in the twilight it had never struck me as a being a particularly good subject; it's not red the year round, but in Autumn it always turns this spectacular colour.
