The parish lunch today.

There are twelve groups each taking responsibility once a month to cook a roast for the elderly and socially isolated. We usually cater for between 40 to 60 each time. Today was roast beef and all the trimmings followed by an apple cake pudding.Observation indicated that our team of volunteers are the same age , if not older than those we are catering for.
