£4 well spent

Was still awake at nearly 3 this morning. Haven't had a night as bad as that for quite some time.
The cats chose a drawer each to sleep in, so that made me chuckle at about 01.30.
Other than that, repetitive thoughts and painful feelings grim.

These lifted my spirits a bit today courtesy of my Sat eve shop at Waitrose.

Physical pain still high but back to work tomorrow to at least have a go.
