SO YOU THINK YOU CAN LAND....

.... a 737 jet aeroplane?

Sure there are a few Blippers out there that can, and I found today that it is a damn difficult job!!!

Was given a voucher as a gift for my recent Birthday to experience this simulator set up here in Penrith, 737 JET Flight . Today was the day.....

After a quick run through of the controls (obviously the REAL important ones) off we went. The route was take off and land from Dubia airport, and the we actually made it back safe and sound on the tarmac!! Of course the co-pilot plays an active role.

Not the best of pics but gives you and idea and shows it is the "real deal" cockpit from a 737 jet.

The company has it really well set up with family/friends able to sit in fair dinkum airline seats as if on the flight, and watch (and pray) the proceedings on this screen as shown in the pic.
