Mail Pouch

Kathy and I did the craft fair rounds today and stopped at a "one month only" wine shop. (Why one month? Beats me. Testing the waters perhaps.) The wine place was in this building with the old Mail Pouch tobacco sign fading off the side. Interestingly, painted underneath the mail pouch sign is an even bigger painted "Henry George" sign. It stretches the length of the building and is barely visible but is beautifully lettered. This poor, shabby town was pretty snappy once.
