Reverting

We had a work training day today.
It was related to a course we deliver and how we could make changes and improve.
All fine and well.
Until I got put in a small group with an old teacher from school.
Who I didn't like.
Who suddenly caused me to behave like a horrible teenager and become uber defensive and cocky.
Whoops!
Well it was hardly my fault was it?
