Lunch at the beach

Today was a nice day, just a little chilly, so we decided to wrap up warm and have lunch on the beach. We brought lunch down there, sausage sandwiches and chips.

It was lovely sitting on the boardwalk, watching the dog walkers and other families walking along the beach. However, we had an audience while we were eating - much to the delight of CJ. The seagulls circled and watched with interest. And when CJ chased them off the wall, they didn't go far - especially once CJ started putting pieces of the leftover bread roll on wall for them.

Little LJ was cuddled up warm in the buggy and slept through most of the action, but he did occasionally wake to see what was going on.
