Where are we?

I was wandering round a shop with my mum, aunt and gran earlier when I heard excited, concerned chatter. I looked round and spotted these sparkly nutcracker people in a trolly looking bemused. They must have wondered where they were, having been unboxed in strange surroundings and the abandoned in the middle of the store. I saw them wheeled off shortly after so I'm hopeful they've settled in their new surroundings.
