Milestones

Got dressed for the first time since Tuesday. Received visitors. Bob and Do were a bit disorganised as they are not long returned from Australia. They brought the invalid a lemon and a lime - they were from Waitrose.
Sugar levels were a bit high this afternoon and being unable to fix with exercise I brought them down with G&T. The lemon and lime will be put to good use.
