Plaiting the sash fringe

I was given this sash on our trip to Nepal last April. It is useful to have a second one because I can leave this at Aro Ling Cardiff. I am plaiting the fringes to make it look tidier, and I have taken out the rows of lime green decoration which did not as to it's beauty.
