in response to this thread regarding international womens day, Angelou is my inspiration. I heard her recently, being interviewed after Obama was elected. Robin Lustig asked how she felt witnessing the election of a black president in her lifetime . . . 'even my hair is happy,' came the razor-sharp reply from the 82 year old activist.
