Another visit to the horses

Today I had lunch again at The Navigation with a friend and afterwards took treats for the horses in the nearby field, as we did 2 weeks ago If you have a moment, do look back where I explain the horses' situation more fully.

We've had torrential rain over the past few days and , as usual, their field is rapidly turning into a quagmire - not a happy place for the horses to be.

I took this shot after the sun had set, hence the very average quality: we were too busy chatting to notice that the ideal time for a blip had passed!
