The big smoke

A lazy phone shot, but I'm sat in the hairdressers waiting for my big girl to finish having her haircut. Then I plan some girlie shopping with my chic and then watching the rugby, before celebrating my Dad's birthday.

It's been a horrendous week at work, emotions like a roller coaster and at the end it was all in vain. Despite all the obvious progress for all to see, Estyn have decided in two days it's not good enough.

I have lost precious family time over the last two years, working most evenings and weekends (yes and holidays). They couldn't handle a day of what we do. I'll continue to work hard for my pupils, despite the fact that it goes unnoticed by people who got out of the classroom.
