Homeward bound

After scenery of breath taking proportions, we are back in the world of excess of a different kind. This must be the bling and tasteless capital of the world, so much in excess. The amount of concrete used in the building of Dubai must be monumental to say nothing of the hideousness of the items on sale here. Less is more most of the time and here is no exception. Mrs Grumpy has had her moan, might be the time of morning this was taken, 4.00am, and still 8 hours flying to do that has made me so. Still rather have the African bush than a shopping mall any day.
