Cousins are Cushions

Feeling the effects of tragedy, the family gathers, giving comfort to each other and going over old memories. I have particularly found all the cousin-time to be very beneficial as a cushion against the harsh season we're in. This is mom (grammapat) and one of her favorite cousins. It was so good to see them together again, yet a bit of bitter with the sweet.
