Don't Look Now...
Home today and this is the second of the two flights that took us from Wellington to Queenstown.
It was an interesting journey especially for a small stuffed dog under the seat in front on the plane that took us from Wellington where it was blowing so strongly that you could get airsick while the Plane was still sitting on the Tarmac to say nothing about what happened when it took off into this wind (as planes do) and The B’s were bracing against the seat in front during the hairy ascent from the airport into what became (to our relief) relatively clear air.
At Christchurch we swapped to a Jet (Grrrreat choice for Queenstown in dodgy weather) and were surprised when all this white stuff appeared. That is Lake Wanaka on the left and we live at the front left side of it. All the White stuff is on the Pisa Range where we go sno shooing in Winter but is only thin and will be gone in a day or so at this time of year. Stepping out into the car park was a shock to the system
The Star of this journal will appear tomoro and wipasnappa has suggested a photo with a bag of curls on the side but being a lady of some note The Boss is reluctant to offend and also worries the Hair Stylist might think him weird.
