Happy birthday to me!

I spent my day buying oysters, chilling champagne, getting nice phone calls from friends, and decorating this stupendously and unreasonably beautiful yuzu curd and vanilla gateau with yuzu creme mousseline, silver leaf and hand made sugar flowers.
My cakes just get better and better!
