We're into the final stage of preparation for the Penang bridge half marathon.

Numbers are ready, kit is ready, mental toughness...is in doubt.

Our races start at 3am for me and 3:30am for Hannah. Always seems like a good idea when you sign up and a dreadful idea when the day arrives!
