Holiday money

Today my son came from St. Albans to visit his Grandma in hospital. I wish that I'd had my camera ready to see the pure joy on her face when she saw him and said "Hello my darling!" which was the clearest thing she'd said since having her stroke. There was a definite improvement in her speech and understanding today which is wonderful!

My son and daughter-in-law are going to China on Tuesday then to Japan before arriving in Australia to stay with friends over Christmas (hence the currency). They'll be gone for over two months so it's lovely to have a visit before they leave.
