First attempt at self application of henna. The shininess is from the sugar/vinegar mixture I added on top - I read somewhere that a lemon/sugar mixture works to keep it on for longer... hopefully some vinegar does the trick too! My shaky hands really were rather frustrating...hopefully it wont show too badly when the henna comes off.
