Its that time of year when we're asked to dig deep and support BBC's children in need.

This years theme is super hero's and my daughter went to school as her dad who used to play rugby. She said we're her hero's which was very touching.

An evening with the family watching all the celebraties encouraging us to support them and if that doesn't work the short films about the children who are poorly pulls at the heart strings and !takes you grateful for having a healthy child no matter how much they wind you up!
