Undeniably, my favourite shopping arcade in the world is the Victoria Quarter in Leeds.

Another benefit to coming down the west coast is the North Yorkshire scenery, which looked glorious in the sunshine. Ilkley is a revelation, full of interesting shops - the quintessential English town.
