Documenting change

One thing I love about photography is the way one photo can capture an era, a phase, a moment before it is gone forever. This captures the wonderful gift that beautiful, sweet Liz brought to me from Chocolate Springs, one of the best places to get chocolate in the US. I thought I had best capture this before it changes forever. There is no way it is going to remain like this for longer than a day or so. (ok a day, I admit it)
