Back Home to our Local Mountains

The Grand Muveran catches the evening sun if there is any and this afternoonit she lit up briefly against the milky sky. We are astonished that the trees are still so full of autumn colours after a month away, it has been unseasonally warm here apparently. Tonight heavy rain is forecast. We haven't felt a drop for a month and I am really looking forward to hearing it hammering on the roof as I fall asleep in my own, clean bed!
