Handy Banking

It used to be quite handy being able to nip 50yds along the crescent if you needed to do a quick bit of banking. I know the internet has replaced the need for much of the more manual banking operations, but making a withdrawal, or leaving a deposit - or both, indeed - well, sometimes it was necessary. Otherwise it would prey on your mind. The unbanked items in one's drawers!
Now it's being converted to a sash window showroom. It's certainly more attractive, but I do miss having the old bank close to hand.
