Mono challenge Day one
I don't know who started this but Ellaphant invited me to participate in this challenge: post a mono pic five days in a row and invite each day another blipper to this challenge. For me it is a bit like doing homework for school. I am not good at mono and there is a lot to learn.
So this is the first day and I invite Gowangirl today to participate in the challenge. (She doesn't have to start right away,if she doesn't feel like it).
The trees in Oregon are huge, gigantic often, where the loggers have let them grow. Each try to capture them in a picture dwarfed them. So here is a more than 100 year old fir of our close by park. It's roots that run like veins on an old hand are moss covered and cover visibly an area of maybe as big as an American bedroom. The stem that you see is 1.50 yards in diameter. The bottom branches are a bit bare but it looks wide and healthy all the way to the top.
Packing up today and making the house look the way I want to find it when I will return many months from now. (?)
Thank you again for your kind feedback, all the stars and hearts yesterday. No time for much commenting today I would guess.
