Fifty Friday-Straws

Equipment:

Camera with 50mm (equivalent) lens
Pack of straws (55p from Ikea)
White Background

Method:

Tie the straws in a loose bundle and shoot against a white background. Repeat many times. Faff around in colour software until desired image is achieved.

Conclusion:

It is possible to produce interesting and abstract close up images with a 50mm (equivalent) lens.
