Ironworks!

I think that old iron is lovely and it is such a shame that it is now principally replaced with plastic. I have walked past these many hundreds of times but today saw them for the first time as something beautiful.
They are probably listed as the building they are attached to no doubt is which is good but they could do with a bit of maintenance. A shame that the gutter bracket has broken though.
In view of the amount time I've spent holding a paint brush recently I will not be offering to carry out the refurbishment....!
A lovely bright day today - the sun always makes things seem more positive.
