A year ago today

As I leave my development each day, to make my trek to work, I can't help but reflect on all the blessings of the year. Exactly one year ago today, I started in my new office, here in Florida. I was fortunate to transfer with my company, after 14 years & keep my same position.
I can't believe how much has happened, how many blessings we've been given, and most importantly... how happy we are with our decision. It was a gamble, we knew it going into it, but so well worth it.
As I type this entry, the northeast is preparing for their first snowfall of the season. Do I miss it? NO!!! I miss the photo ops, and that is it. The rest of it, they can keep.

Thankful to celebrate my 1 year work anniversary. My boss took me to lunch at the same place we ate a year ago today, and I ordered the same thing. Some things aren't worth changing!
