Is it over yet?

Today I will just cut & paste an FB status written while I sat in class earlier today:

My employer's training courses might be the only training in the world where questions about why we do something the way we do it is actively frowned upon.
I am not a trouble-maker. I just like to know.
And no! "It just is" or "we've always done it that way" is not a satisfactory answer.
