Carbonara

Mr hazelh cooked me carbonara for supper this evening after I spent another hard day at the coalinterface.

I'm pleased to say that this afternoon I completed the final draft of a project report related to work that has kept me busy (and on a few occasions awake at night) for almost a year. The rest of the team members have until Tuesday to send me their feedback. On the assumption that everyone is happy with what I have done, I should be able to submit the document to the powers that be by the end of next week. I'm looking forward to relaxing over the weekend of 22nd November.

In other news Mr hazelh ordered our Christmas turkey today :-)

Exercise today: morning loops in 28'25", sit-ups, and weights.
