Solo performance

This hollyhock flower was all on its own, right at the top of a tall spike. It did look rather amusing, but was making a brave effort. It was just outside the window of a friend's house where I was playing Mah-jong this morning. She is used to me taking blipfotos and didn't mind me going outside to get a picture.
It was a disastrous Mah-jong game. I went bankrupt. It is a good job we don't play for money!
