Another view from the Terrace

Took this early this morning when the sun was first hitting the peaks in the distance. This is looking out towards Mt Hutt. Just as well I did as have not had time to pick up a camera since.
My sister & brother in law from Invercargill came for lunch as they headed back south and that was great. Plenty to catch up on.
Following that had to head for Timaru hospital where my late husbands brother in law was and he had suffered a stroke. He couldn't talk but could communicate a little with pen and paper. Very laborious for him but we managed. So got home about six pm and had to set about letting all the relatives know.
Feeling very weary after all that.
Once more there may be not much commenting from me tonight as still have my lunch dishes to do and it is nearly 9.30pm.
Tomorrow have two hours down town selling raffle tickets for Hospice.
