One for Mum

Fresh strawberries in the shops has reminded me of Mum.

It's funny how little unexpected things fill my eyes with tears and bring back memories.

Good memories though, Mum loved strawberries. A year ago as we watched the relentless progress of her cancer. She wanted strawberries and ice cream for dessert and that's what she had most nights.
