Sunshine and rain

This was the view from the window at work this afternoon. It looks as though the middle of the tree is missing. Life's hard work at the moment. But despite the downpours the sun still shines and often it's difficult to see the whole picture. But God knows. He knows the plans he has for me, plans to prosper me not to harm me. Plans to give me hope and a future. I can trust him even when I can't see.
