Pintrest triumphs again

I am continuing with my job handover. It feels so weird I just want it done now so that I can start something new. I hate not having my own role and just passing everything on to someone else.
On a lighter note I continued my quest to eat less meat with a vegetarian dinner. I found this one on pintrest. I wasn't sure I would get the point of pintrest but now I love it.
The dinner by the way was puff pastry tarts with creamy mushroom filling it was yummy.
