Feel better now...

...it has been a rough couple of days.

The work that has been keeping off blip for the last 6 months finally came to a head yesterday, as consultation started on the new structure I have been designing cutting 40% out of the organisation was finally delivered to staff.

It's hard to see the pain, anguish, fear and uncertainty in peoples faces but unfortunately this is the financial climate we live in.

Thankfully I have a lovely weekend with some great company to look forward.

And then there are these 2 who always just make the world seem a better place...
