clearing away

Today i went with a friend to the Tower Of london as she hadn't seen the poppy display. It was more overwhelming than the last time I went as the moat was completely full. In some ways it was sad to see the volunteers "uprooting " all the poppies but necessary if I am to get mine and you are to get yours.

we then went to Trafalgar square to see the soldier in poppies there.
