History in the Making

I got hooked into watching the live coverage from ESA of the attempt to land the robot probe Philae on Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko. The landing caps a 6.4 billion-kilometre journey that was begun a decade ago. Just amazing! This is the announcement made at 4.07pm that Philae had landed and communication channels were working.
