Spiral

Had a good day today, did my first 5k run of 2010. Not an impressive distance, but it is for me considering how much I like chocolate and pizza :)

I'll be doing the Race for Life again this year, and since today's run was an improvement on my usual time for the distance, I'm anticipating being a wee bit less snail-like this time round :)
