Inspections

Two inspections today of houses where tenants have moved out.

Haven't actually been in this house for a couple of years, tenants never treated it particularly hard so we never kept an eye on it. But, it has 7 years of wear in it (tenants wear out wall paint - not sure how), so it'll need repainting. Other than some drywall damage in the laundry, it's been handed back ok-ish. Lots of trash outside though.

The other house - expected better. Very clean, but again, worn walls - and they were only there for a year. Broken blinds (which annoys me), and some other stuff that'll need fixing.
