Decadence

So Mrs W is treating herself to a glass of red wine this evening and, in order to minimise upset to my system, I have opted for something altogether more sedate. Red wine is reported to be high on the list of irritants to one’s bowel and, having earlier had a lovely lamb casserole with plenty of veg, I am already feeling the after effects of rich food and don’t want to antagonise it further.

I would like a glass of red though!!
