Not blipped for a few days.......busy........ill......and worried.

Saturday..........long drive to see Dad in hospital........left home at 9.00.......got back at 8.30......for a 2 hour hospital visit...........not the best of days.......Dad not good........difficult decisions on the horizon

Sunday.......Fishing match.........cold, and couldn't get warm........shaking.......feeling queasy............home........lasagne with the family............no energy, feeling weak.......bed by 8.30......no beer.

Monday......up for work.........slightly better but not 100%..........full day at work.......then a presentation evening......then the quiz...........a late start......a very late finish..........not home until 11.35..............but we won 17-46.
