Good stuff happened today.

I had a lovely lunch at Pillars of Hercules with N. Part of her introduction to life in Fife after a lifetime in cities.

I received a cute wee teapot from my ex - a belated birthday present. (It got Blipped).

I booked my Bavaria trip for C*****mas & New Year, and bought Dr D's present - a 4 day visit to Amsterdam right after New Year. Good prices on all of that.

I had a very enjoyable dinner too - food parcel from the ex.

But in spite of it all, I was short tempered all day and a grumpy old git. I didn't sleep so well. Maybe that's part of it. November makes me grumpy anyway - it was almost dark at 2:45 when we emerged after lunch.

Tomorrow will be better. Now for a final cup of tea.
