Coincidence #1: falafel for lunch today from a great wee place just off fleet street and in my change I got a WW1 commemorative £2 coin, complete with Lord Kitchener pointing at me.

Coincidence #2: I decided to go to the Cenotaph on the way home to get a shot (see above...) so went down to Blackfriars to get the district line and literally bumped into a friend from first year of university that I've not seen in over 20 years. She hasn't changed a bit!

Otherwise: the dog escaped first thing so I had to go and get him back from the neighbour's garden (grrrrr) then work, gym (including a cheeky 10 minutes of sauna) and home.
