Bike Ride

Today, Tyler, Jut and myself cycled into town which is about 6 miles away. I have just plotted our route on 'walk jog run' website and it was a 13.7mile round trip for Ty and Me!!
Well done Tyler!!
It was such a lovely day, but the temp dropped quite a bit just as we got into town, and so the journey home was soooo cold!!!

Warmed myself up this evening by making some very yummy soup.
A few weeks ago my friend gave me some Sainsburys Morrocan chicken & Chickpea soup for lunch, i loved it, but it wasn't very 'slimming world friendly', ever since i've been determined to make my own and try to re-create it, but minus the syns! lol! I have managed it and it was soooooo good! I'll defo be making it again!!!
